In a separate decision, the ACC has decided to file a case against Md Shahabuddin, organising secretary of Ward 20 of Dhaka South Jubo League, and his wife, Nazia Hasan Dalia, over allegedly possessing Tk76,63,437 in assets beyond their known sources of income.
