A Celebration of Trad with Foróige
Foróige Annacurra Performance Club would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Wicklow Miners CCE and Orla Doyle for our second amazing Trad workshop.
Another fantastic evening with incredibly talented local musicians. A special thank you to Orla Doyle, Grace Van-Anh Doyle, Ryan Harper, Cian Harper and Lar Harper – you are all such talented musicians.
It is wonderful for our members to see local musicians so passionate about what they do. Our members are seeing first-hand how local people can follow their passion and, with practice and belief, they can achieve amazing things.
We are really looking forward to our next session in November. So grateful to KWETB and LYCGS for making these amazing workshops possible and for supporting local musicians.
Church flowers–Volunteers needed
Would you like to help? It’s great to volunteer in your parish — it’s very rewarding. Annacurra church are looking for at least 4 people to fill positions in the parish and help look after church flowers for the from January onwards.
It’s a lovely way to give back to your community and keep our church looking beautiful for Masses throughout the week. With at least 4 people on the team, each volunteers time is spread out and it’s a very manageable commitment.
