Gold prices witnessed a decline in the domestic market on Saturday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola falling by Rs 2,500 to Rs 422,036, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs2,144 to Rs361,827, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold declined by Rs1,966 to Rs 331,686. In the international market, the price of gold fell by $25 to $3,995 per ounce, the association reported. Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola dropped by Rs7 to Rs5,858, while the price of 10 grams of 24-karat silver decreased by Rs 6 to Rs 5,022. The price of silver in the international market also registered a decline, falling by $0.07 to $53.80 per ounce, the association added.
