A road rage video filmed at a traffic intersection in Kempton Park, Gauteng, has taken social media by storm after a passenger-side recording caught a dangerous confrontation between drivers.

The footage, shared on 15 October 2026 by @frontlinenewssa on Instagram, shows two vehicles stopped at a traffic light when the situation quickly escalated. A man got out of his vehicle and walked towards another car, attempting to force open the driver's door in what appeared to be a fit of rage. What kept the situation from spiralling further was a woman in the vehicle who intervened, urging calm during the standoff. She can be heard telling the man in the car with her:

"Don't get out."

Woman's cool head steals the spotlight

While the aggression caught people's attention, it was the woman's composure that became the real talking point. Viewers praised her for stepping in at a critical moment, with many saying her level-headedness likely prevented something far worse from happening.

Some commenters said the incident looked more like Benoni than Kempton Park, while others used the moment to share broader thoughts on road safety and keeping emotions in check behind the wheel.
