What to Watch

Observers will be watching for any escalation in military engagements between the Saudi-led coalition and Houthi forces, which could further influence market expectations. Key developments to monitor include any additional Saudi interceptions or Houthi advances, particularly around strategic locations such as Aden. Statements or actions from major actors, including Saudi Arabia, the Houthi leadership, and regional allies, could also impact market perceptions and pricing. Further interceptions or military maneuvers could be consistent with scenarios where the likelihood of a Houthi entry into Aden remains low.
