Ever since the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show made its grand return in 2024 after a five-year hiatus, one thing has been notably absent: the lavish Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bras, worth millions of dollars. That is, until 2026.
Yes, the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show will see the return of the Fantasy Bra, with the brand expected to unveil its first grandiose bejeweled lingerie set in eight years, so what better way to prepare than by looking at the evolution of the Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bras through the years?
Below, revisit every single Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra, from 1996 to today.
1996: The Million Dollar Miracle Bra

Evan Agostini
Before it became a runway tradition, the first-ever Fantasy Bra, christened the Million Dollar Miracle Bra, was unveiled in a five-story campaign worn by Claudia Schiffer. Designed in collaboration between four New York City-based private jewelers, the bra featured 100 carats of diamonds and began the tradition. Its $1 million price tag made it a headline-worthy piece, but it has ironically become the least expensive bra in this lineup. Though the Million Dollar Miracle Bra lived in billboards only at first, Tyra Banks did wear it during the 1999 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, as you can see below:

1997: The Diamond Dream Bra

The second-ever Fantasy Bra also lived outside the runway. Banks rocked the strapless design for brand promotions, including walking around NYC. The $3 million confection by Harry Winston featured a sweetheart diamond trim with 100 diamonds, as well as a 42-carat diamond that hangs at the center.
1998: The Dream Angel Fantasy Bra (Not Pictured)

NBC
Czech model Daniela Peštová was tasked with wearing the third Fantasy Bra, a floral-mesh style encrusted with various jewels totaling to over 300 carats of diamonds and over 70 carats of rubies. Unlike future designs, which were anchored on the jewels, The Dream Angel Fantasy Bra by Janis Savitt featured a “normal” white lace bra as the base, but it cost $5 million. With the year 2000 looming closer, German model Heidi Klum rocked the most extravagant Fantasy Bra until then, the so-called Millennium Bra, which was valued at a whopping $10 million. The starry-sky-inspired design featured more than 2,000 diamonds and sapphires set in platinum.
2000: The Red Hot Fantasy Bra

Ringing in the millennium, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen wore the Red Hot Fantasy Bra, which, valued $15 million, immediately claimed a spot in Guinness World Records as the most expensive piece of lingerie ever created, which it held until 2006. The piece was made from 1,300 diamonds and Thai rubies. It did not grace the runway, but it was the star of the brand's holiday catalog.
2001: The Heavenly Star Bra

KMazur
For the first-ever televised runway show, Klum was in charge of the Fantasy Bra spectacle. The veteran Angel wore the so-called Heavenly Star Bra, which was valued $12.5 million. It was the first Fantasy Bra designed by Lebanese jeweler Pascal Mouawad, who would later become a go-to. It featured 1,200 Sri Lankan pink sapphires, over 2,300 smaller diamonds, and a central 90-carat diamond in the center. As if that alone was not enough, it also came with a matching diamond belt.
2002: The Star of Victoria Fantasy Bra

KMazur
For the second year in a row, and also featuring a matching belt, Mouawad designed the Star of Victoria Fantasy Bra, worn by Czech model Karolína Kurková both on and off the runway. Featuring rose motifs, the bra was made of 1,600 emeralds, 1,150 rubies, and a 60-carat pear-shaped diamond at the center. It was a total of $10 million.
2003: The Very Sexy Fantasy Bra

KMazur
Klum's third Fantasy Bra was also by Mouawad. The $11 million Very Sexy Fantasy Bra featured a multicoloured top encrusted with over 2,800 jewels, including a dangling 101-carat Excelsior diamond. The bra took 370 hours to create and also featured a matching bottom with over 3,000 gems.

Designed by Mouawad, the 18-karat white gold bra featured 2,900 pavé-set diamonds and a 70-carat pear-shaped diamond at the center. It took over 275 hours to make and cost $10 million. Valued at $2 million each, the Mouawad confections stuck to a blue and red color palette with over 16,000 jewels (including rubies, diamonds and sapphires) in each design. Both were set in 18-karat gold.

Aside from the bra, Ribeiro also donned matching earrings, belt, and bracelets.
2018: The Last Fantasy Bra

Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images
Though it never received an official name, the 2018 Swarovski-made Fantasy Bra will go down in history as the Last Fantasy Bra of Victoria's Secret's golden era. Much like the first Fantasy Bra, it was valued at a million, tying it for the least expensive in the brand's history. The sterling silver creation was created to have a “'90s vibe” and was meant to be “simple, modern, and so sparkly,” as model Elsa Hosk told People. The piece featured 2,100 Swarovski-created diamonds.
2026: The Return of the Fantasy Bra (Not Pictured)
Though it is yet to be unveiled, Victoria's Secret has confirmed that the Fantasy Bra will return in 2026. The piece will be made by Jacob & Co. and will be “the most expensive bra ever made.” Prior to the runway, it was confirmed that the diamond center piece alone will be worth $22 million, making it the most expensive Fantasy Bra already. The Angel who will be wearing the creation has yet to be revealed!
