Overview
65-inch televisions offer a larger viewing area for movies, sports, streaming and gaming, making them suitable for spacious living rooms.
LED, QLED, Mini LED and OLED technologies differ in colour reproduction, contrast, brightness and light control, affecting picture quality and price.
Features such as native refresh rate, HDR support, smart TV software and audio output influence everyday performance, while bank offers and coupons can change the final purchase cost.
A 65-inch television used to mean one price range and one kind of picture quality. That has changed. The Amazon Great Indian Festival 2026 has pushed four very different display technologies into roughly the same shelf space, from basic Crystal UHD LED to full OLED, at prices that overlap more than most buyers expect.
That overlap is exactly where shoppers get tripped up. A bigger discount does not always mean a better screen. Refresh rate, HDR format, local dimming and panel type shape the actual viewing experience far more than the percentage off shown on the listing.
This guide walks through four confirmed 65-inch deals, what each technology actually delivers, and who each model genuinely suits.
65-Inch TV Deals: Quick Comparison
Prices were checked on October 15, 2026, against live sale listings and price-tracking sources. They can shift daily through the festival period.
1. Samsung Crystal UHD Vision AI Smart TV (UA65UE85AHULXL)
At around Rs. 55,990, against an MRP of Rs. 81,900, this is one of the more affordable 65-inch options in the comparison, priced slightly above the Xiaomi model. For a household that mainly streams films, watches free channels through Samsung TV Plus and follows live sports, a conventional 4K LED panel is often enough.
The Crystal Processor 4K upscales lower-resolution content, HDR10+ supports enhanced contrast, and Vision AI Companion enables voice-based navigation.
The panel runs at 50Hz, which suits television and film but was never built for high-frame-rate gaming. The 30W speaker setup covers daily viewing fine, though it will not match a soundbar during movie nights.
2. Xiaomi 65-Inch X Pro
Listed at Rs. 54,990 against an original price of Rs. 89,999, the Xiaomi X Pro runs on a QLED panel with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. One detail matters here. The screen has a native 60Hz refresh rate and a separate DLG 120Hz mode for supported content; it does not offer unrestricted 120Hz performance across all sources.
Anyone planning to connect a gaming console should check that the console's output actually matches this mode before expecting smooth 120Hz performance everywhere. For streaming and everyday entertainment, this TV is worth a look for anyone who wants QLED color without stepping into a much higher price bracket.

3. TCL 65Q6CS QD-Mini LED Google TV
The TCL 65Q6CS carries a sale price of Rs. 63,999 and uses Mini LED backlighting with up to 312 local dimming zones. Different parts of the screen can dim or brighten on their own, which tends to produce deeper blacks in dark scenes than a standard LED panel, without the cost that comes with OLED. Results still depend on scene content and room lighting.
The TV supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos through a 40W ONKYO 2.1 sound system, and runs Google TV for app access and voice control. Refresh rate sits at 60Hz, not 144Hz, a distinction worth noting since a pricier TCL Mini LED sibling does offer that higher rate. For buyers focused on contrast and dark-scene detail rather than fast gaming, this model holds up well.
4. LG OLED evo C5 (OLED65C56LA)
At Rs. 1,73,990, the LG C5 costs roughly three times the Samsung model above it. Much of that gap traces back to the OLED panel itself, which allows per-pixel light control and produces deep blacks that conventional backlit screens cannot match in the same way.
Processing power, gaming features and LG's premium positioning add to the cost too. Each OLED pixel generates its own light and can switch off on its own, delivering precise contrast. Mini LED sets reach strong contrast through local dimming, but their backlights still cannot control light at the single-pixel level the way OLED does.
The C5 supports Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG, with a 120Hz native refresh rate stretching to 144Hz through variable refresh rate support, a real asset for high-end consoles and PC gaming.
LG's webOS platform rounds things out with a clean, responsive interface. This price makes sense mainly for buyers who treat picture quality as the whole point, not simply for anyone chasing a larger screen.

Final Thoughts
The real story across these four deals is what each price jump actually buys. Moving from Samsung to Xiaomi brings QLED color. Moving from Xiaomi to TCL adds Mini LED backlighting and local dimming. Moving from TCL to LG brings OLED's per-pixel light control at a substantially higher price, which may appeal most to buyers who prioritize picture quality.
Each technology handles black levels, color and motion differently, and results still depend on the specific panel and how well it is built. Checking actual specifications, rather than trusting a display label alone, remains the surest way to pick the right set this festival season.

FAQs
1.Which 65-inch TV offers the best value in this lineup?
Value depends on what matters most to the buyer. The Samsung Crystal UHD at ₹55,990 covers everyday streaming and sports without overspending. The TCL 65Q6CS at ₹63,999 adds Mini LED contrast for a modest premium.
2.Is the Xiaomi X Pro suitable for gaming?
It can handle casual gaming well, but the panel runs at a native 60Hz, with DLG 120Hz available only for supported content. It is not a true 120Hz gaming display across every source.
3.What is the real difference between Mini LED and OLED?
Mini LED TVs, like the TCL 65Q6CS, use local dimming zones to control brightness across sections of the screen, which improves contrast without OLED's price tag. OLED panels, like the LG evo C5, control light at the individual pixel level, so each pixel can switch off completely for true black.
4.Do these Amazon Great Indian Festival prices include bank or coupon discounts?
Some of the prices listed reflect the price after bank offers or coupon discounts, not just the base listing price. These benefits often depend on using a specific card or meeting other conditions.
5.Which 65-inch TV is best for a home theater or movie-focused setup?
The LG OLED evo C5 is the strongest pick for this use. Its per-pixel light control produces deep blacks and sharp contrast that LED and Mini LED panels cannot fully match, and it supports Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG.
