The state-owned EPS power company was ranked 1st in 5 of 7 categories in the Serbian Business Registers Agency’s (APR) annual list of the country’s 100 leading companies.
The ranking includes operating revenue, financial capacity and accumulated losses.
The Top 100 list is based on company financial reports for 2024. EPS generated an operating revenue of around €3.79 billion, accounting for 2.3 percent of the total revenue of all Serbian companies. EPS also recorded the largest accumulated loss.
The report shows that Serbia’s largest companies account for a substantial share of the economy’s revenue and profits. Manufacturing and trade are particularly well represented among the leading businesses.
EPS kept its lead position from the previous year.
