Lawaken has opened pre-sale of its X-AI memory glasses from 699 yuan for a gun-metal classic wire frame, with other frames listed at 899 yuan and titanium brow-bar styles at 1,099 yuan. The company first showed the product at WAIC 2026 in July as an always-on personal memory device rather than a camera-first gadget. The October pre-sale keeps the roughly 26-gram frame, optional 10-gram 12-megapixel magnetic camera module and long recording focus, while spelling out agent integrations and pricing.
Lawaken says the glasses can record continuously for up to 12 hours on a charge that takes about 60 minutes, offer real-time translation across 128 languages, and transcribe 25 languages plus 21 Chinese dialects. Software is meant to pull to-dos, key conclusions and priorities from conversations, then answer voice queries against a personal memory store. Tencent Cloud WorkBuddy is integrated to turn that store into meeting minutes, plans and drafts. Through the Model Context Protocol, Lawaken says memory can be called from Doubao, Feishu, Alibaba's QwenWork, Codex, Claude and other agent platforms. Users can edit, delete or export memories, with cloud storage protected by AES-256 encryption.
Compared with the July WAIC debut, the pre-sale package stresses MCP hooks and WorkBuddy document generation more clearly, and lists six frame SKUs with street prices starting at 699 yuan. The WAIC brief had highlighted Wake-AI 3.0 and a WakeeMemory capture-structure-recall-act loop, a 109-degree camera field of view, 1080p video and IP5 protection on the module; those camera ratings were not restated in the October consumer notices Pandaily reviewed. Frame weight remains about 26 grams without lenses or the camera module, with quick-swap frames for different looks.
Lawaken positions the glasses for meetings, field visits and multi-thread project work. As with other AI wearables, battery life, transcription accuracy and agent reliability will depend on real-world use beyond lab claims.
