A British tourist will stand trial at the Provincial Court in Palma this week, accused of raping a woman at a hotel in Magaluf. The Prosecutor’s Office is requesting a seven-year sentence plus 6,000 euros in compensation for the moral damages caused.
The events date back to July 15, 2022. The accused invited the woman, who he had met at a pool party, to go with him to his hotel room.
Once there, the woman, who had consumed a large amount of cocaine and vodka, suddenly collapsed and lost consciousness.
The man took her to the shower and raped her. He then moved her to the bed, taking advantage of her unconscious state, and raped her again.
