KUALA LUMPUR: The 24-year-old driver of a BYD Seal involved in a six-vehicle crash that killed a 5-year-old girl along Jalan Kuching last Saturday will face three charges at the magistrate's court tomorrow.
Kuala Lumpur Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department (TEID) chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Zamzuri Mohd Isa said the driver was arrested at Hospital Damansara about 11.30am today, shortly after being discharged.
He said the driver was subsequently taken to the Dang Wangi district police headquarters lock-up about 12.30pm.
