Binance will shut down Binance Pool and its related services on November 10, discontinuing its mining pool, cloud mining and savings products.
The closure will take effect at 07:00 UTC, according to a notice published October 12. Binance said the decision follows an ongoing review of its products and services but did not provide a more specific reason.
The shutdown also covers its Transaction Accelerator, mining pool API services, Telegram hashrate alerts and email notifications.
At the cutoff, Binance will begin disconnecting mining connections and disable its mining endpoints. Hashrate submissions and mining shares received afterward will no longer be accepted, processed or credited.
The exchange urged miners to reconfigure their equipment to connect to another pool before the deadline to avoid interruptions. Users with active Pool Savings positions should also unsubscribe or redeem them before the service ends.
Binance Pool is expected to operate normally until the cutoff. Eligible mining shares submitted before then will be included in the final reward calculation under the platform’s existing rules.
After services close, Binance will process eligible outstanding rewards, balances, refunds and settlements where applicable. Those payments remain subject to product terms, account status, risk controls and compliance requirements.
Users were asked to ensure their accounts can receive any remaining payments and complete required identity verification steps by 23:59 UTC on November 10.
Binance will remove links to Pool from its homepage on the shutdown date. Pool pages will remain accessible for another 14 days, allowing users to view historical data, account records and payout status where available.
Those pages will become permanently inaccessible at 07:00 UTC on November 24. Binance advised users to download any records or transaction history they need before access ends.
