In a report, “Boiler blast at Sri City pharma unit kills five” (Page 1, October 4), the accident happened at the TIL Healthcare facility in Sri City, and not at “a unit of Tablets India Limited”. Tablets India Limited and TIL Healthcare Private Limited are two separate and independent entities. An official statement from the district administration had mentioned the name Tablets India Limited.
