Inspector General of Police Punjab Abdul Kareem has taken strict notice of the deaths of three people, including a husband, wife and child, in a collision involving a speeding trailer on Allama Iqbal Road, Garhi Shahu, and sought a report from CTO Lahore. IG Punjab Abdul Kareem expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious human lives in the traffic accident and directed DIG Operations Lahore to ensure the immediate arrest of the trailer driver and other staff responsible for the accident. IG Punjab directed that all resources be utilized to arrest the trailer driver and other staff responsible for the tragic incident. He further directed strict action against drivers involved in overspeeding and violations of traffic laws.
