Ha Jung-woo, vice chairman of the National AI Strategy Committee, delivers a keynote address at the ministerial meeting of the 2026 ITS World Congress Gangneung, held at the Seamarq Hotel in Gangneung on the 19th.

The congress, often called the "Olympics of transportation," runs for five days through the 23rd across the Gangneung Olympic Park area under the theme "Beyond Mobility, Connected World."
The ITS World Congress is an international conference where governments, companies, academia and research institutes in the intelligent transport systems field from around the world gather to share policies and research findings and exchange the latest technologies. It is the third time South Korea has hosted the event, following Seoul in 1998 and Busan in 2010.
