Webcash said on the 12th that it has signed a business agreement with Wiseal, a firm that helps Chinese companies enter the South Korean market, to expand supply of its accounting software Kyungrinara.
The two companies held the signing ceremony on the 7th at Webcash's headquarters in Seoul's Yeongdeungpo district. Webcash CEO Kang Won-ju and Wiseal co-CEOs Luis and Kim Kang attended the event. Under the agreement, the two companies will support the adoption and use of Kyungrinara by Chinese-affiliated companies operating in South Korea that are managed by Wiseal. Wiseal will serve as a sales partner for Webcash, introducing Kyungrinara to its client companies.
Webcash will newly develop a function allowing data from Wiseal's client companies to be linked with Wiseal's systems through Kyungrinara. The company will support stable service operations, including initial data integration and technical response. The two companies also plan to cooperate on additional development and technical requirements as the client base expands.
"This agreement allows us to expand supply of Kyungrinara to Chinese-affiliated companies in South Korea through Wiseal's customer network," Webcash CEO Kang Won-ju said. "We will support client companies in handling the accounting work required to run their Korean subsidiaries in a more systematic way."
