Ayn has launched the Odin 3 Portal as its newest Android gaming handheld. Packing flagship specs, such as a Snapdragon processor, a 120Hz display, and a 9,000mAh battery capacity, the handheld has a starting price of $399 for early bird buyers.
The Odin 3 Portal is Ayn's latest Android handheld, and after a few teasers, it has finally revealed the complete specifications, price, and availability details. The new gaming device arrives as a larger version of the Odin 3 that was released in 2025.
The Odin 3 Portal has a 7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1920 x 1080 resolution. Just like the Odin 3, it will be powered by Qualcomm's Dragonwing Q8 processor, which is an IoT version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
Ayn says the Odin 3 Portal will be available in three configurations — Odin 3 Portal Base with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage; Odin 3 Portal Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage; and Odin 3 Portal Max which has 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. All variants use UFS 3.1 storage, and there's a microSD card slot for adding more storage.
The Odin 3 Portal has a 9,000mAh battery capacity with support for 60W fast wired charging. It also has Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, an audio jack, and a USB-C port with support for DisplayPort (4K at 60fps). The handheld ships with Android 15 out of the box.
The Odin 3 Portal has full-sized thumbsticks with replaceable caps, textured shoulder buttons, dual back buttons, a dome D-pad, RGB LED rings, double-shot molded ABXY buttons, and a cooling fan. Although, the handheld is available in White, Black, and 16Bit colors, the base model can only be purchased in Black.
Ayn says the Odin 3 Portal Base has a retail price of $419 while the Odin 3 Portal Pro costs $499. The Odin 3 Portal Max retails for $579. As is the norm with new handhelds, early bird buyers get a discount of $20 on the base and pro models, bringing their prices down to $399 and $479 respectively, while the Odin 3 Portal Max gets a $30 discount that brings its price down to $549.
In addition, buyers will also be able to purchase official accessories at a discounted price such as a $5 screen protector, a $15 TPU grip, ABXY buttons in a Nintendo Switch layout that costs $3, and a $12 carrying case.
The Odin 3 Portal will be available to buy starting on October 23 at 9:30 AM Beijing Time, while shipping is said to begin in early November.
