WALLHACK has announced a Berserk-themed edition of its SP-005 glass gaming mousepad, featuring Guts in his Berserker Armour. The $139 accessory combines a tempered-glass surface with distinctive red detailing and launches worldwide on 22 October.
A gaming mousepad might seem an unlikely canvas for one of manga's most formidable swordsmen. Yet Guts, complete with his Berserker Armour and oversized Dragon Slayer sword, is the centrepiece of a new glass gaming accessory from WALLHACK.
The company has announced a collaboration with Berserk, the dark fantasy manga created by Kentaro Miura. The resulting SP-005 Berserk mousepad is scheduled for worldwide release on 22 October 2026, with a US-listed price of $139.
A familiar gaming surface with a darker appearance
The artwork depicts Guts in his Berserker Armour, holding the Dragon Slayer against a largely monochrome background. Red accents contrast with the black-and-white illustration, while the Berserk logo occupies a prominent position in the design.
Beneath the artwork is WALLHACK's existing SP-005 gaming surface. The manufacturer describes it as a speed-focused glass mousepad intended to offer low friction and controlled mouse movement.
The new edition measures 44 × 51 cm (approximately 17.3 × 20.1 inches), providing a relatively large surface for gaming. WALLHACK's official specifications confirm a tempered-glass construction and silicone base, while its announcement describes specially designed edges intended to reduce the height difference between the mousepad and desk.
Unlike conventional fabric mousepads, glass surfaces offer a different glide characteristic and generally require more attention to the mouse skates and cleanliness of the playing surface. WALLHACK's claims about smoothness and control have not been independently tested for this edition.
More than a printed illustration
The collaboration extends to the underside of the mousepad, which features a red silicone base. WALLHACK has also designed special packaging and included stickers, one featuring the Brand of Sacrifice associated with Berserk.
A carrying case is included in the package.
WALLHACK has scheduled the worldwide launch for 22 October at 16:00 UTC. The official Japanese product listing displays a price of ¥21,100, while the US listing shows $139. The UK listing currently displays £106. Regional pricing and availability may differ.
Although the product is presented as a special collaboration, WALLHACK has not announced a fixed production quantity. It would therefore be premature to describe the mousepad as a numbered limited edition.
For Berserk collectors, the attraction is unmistakably the artwork. For PC gamers, the more practical question is whether a premium glass surface offers enough of an advantage over a conventional mousepad to justify the price.
