'Chester Soccer' allows students to team up on the pitch for free thanks to funding from the Philadelphia Union Foundation.
Students from local schools gear up in orange and black uniforms and take to the fields at WSFS Bank Sportsplex, which is adjacent to Subaru Park.
The program is just one of the Philadelphia Union Foundation's core initiatives, which also include the iAM Project, HEADFIRST, and Safe Spaces.
One way the foundation funds these programs is a new 'swag'/clothing line dubbed 'Exit 6,' which prominently features Chester-centric iconography.
Launching earlier this year, 'Exit 6' is available to purchase online and proceeds will directly benefit the foundation.
Watch the video above to see what students in the program gain from their experience on the field.
