The court heard the abuse occurred between January 1 and May 31, 2025.
However, those charges were withdrawn on Tuesday after a new indictment containing the single charge was tendered to the court.
A new agreed statement of facts is expected to be tendered to the court in one week.
Nakkan will be sentenced in the ACT Supreme Court in 2027.
