“No client request should be viewed as just a standalone task,” said Michelle Gibbs, of Cayman Integration Solutions. “A request to change a director or transfer shares, for example, can involve governance, compliance, legal considerations, company records and filings. Administrators need to understand how these areas connect, even when other teams are responsible for particular steps. That understanding helps them ask better questions, recognise what needs attention and appreciate the value of their own contribution.”

Gibbs brings more than 23 years of Cayman corporate services experience, including director-level leadership, team management and staff development.
She co-founded the company with Dean Lynee, who brings extensive experience in financial services, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, having held senior roles within international financial institutions and professional services firms, as well as executive and board positions within the Cayman Islands financial services industry.
The six-week programme provides dedicated learning time, with sessions three days a week for four hours a day and up to eight participants per cohort. Instructor-led or virtual delivery combines realistic workplace scenarios, practical exercises, knowledge checks and a final assessment.
Participants practise reviewing requests, checking documents, identifying missing information and recognising which other teams or obligations need to be involved. Scenarios are tailored to participants’ experience and provide concentrated exposure to situations that may otherwise take months or potentially much longer to encounter in the workplace.

“For someone entering the industry, this is a chance to become familiar with the work before facing it in the office. For someone already employed, it is an opportunity to fill gaps, ask the questions they may not have had time to ask and build on what they already know. We want both to leave feeling better prepared for their next step,” said Lynee.
For employers, the programme can provide more consistent understanding across teams, reduce repeated foundational training and give managers more time for coaching and development.
Developing future talent
The programme also reflects a broader objective for Cayman Integration: helping to develop a stronger pool of Caymanian talent with the practical knowledge, confidence and understanding needed to progress within the industry.
“Our ambition is to build a pipeline of knowledgeable Caymanians who can progress towards the roles they want – whether at mid-level, management or senior leadership,” Gibbs added. “We want them to have the understanding and confidence to take on greater responsibility, contribute to the firms they work for and help shape their future. That also means being recognised for their capabilities and the value they bring.”
The programme welcomes new entrants, career changers and existing administrators seeking greater confidence, broader understanding and a stronger foundation for progression. Employer partnerships and training are also available for local and overseas teams supporting Cayman structures.
