vivo is reportedly preparing to introduce its latest Y-series smartphone, the vivo Y32, in Pakistan following its recent debut in international markets. The handset brings a massive 8,000mAh battery, improved durability and a smoother 120Hz display, making it an interesting option for consumers who prioritize battery life over flagship-level performance.
According to recent market reports, the vivo Y32 could arrive in Pakistan as early as the final week of October 2026. Although the company has yet to announce an official local launch date, the handset is already available in select international markets, suggesting that its Pakistani debut may not be far away.
The new vivo Y32 revives a smartphone name originally introduced in 2021. However, the 2026 model brings several upgrades, particularly in battery capacity, display refresh rate and water resistance.
Massive 8,000mAh Battery and Improved Durability
The biggest highlight of the new vivo Y32 is its 8,000mAh battery, which is considerably larger than the batteries found in many conventional mid-range smartphones.
The phone also supports 44W wired fast charging. With such a large battery, users could potentially get up to two days of usage on a single charge, depending on their activities, network conditions, and display settings.
Another notable improvement is the handset’s reported IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. These ratings indicate protection under specified testing conditions and should not be taken as a guarantee against all water damage.
The device also reportedly carries a five-star SGS drop-resistance rating, making durability another major selling point.
On the front, the vivo Y32 features a 6.87-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and up to 1,300 nits of claimed peak brightness. Although an AMOLED panel would have been welcome, the higher refresh rate should offer smoother scrolling and animations than the original model’s 60Hz display.
Performance, Cameras and Software
Under the hood, the vivo Y32 is reportedly powered by the Unisoc T7300 processor, built on a 6 nm process. The chipset is designed for everyday use, including social media, video streaming, multitasking, and casual gaming.
The handset runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 and supports 4G LTE rather than 5G. International memory configurations are reported to include 6GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage, although Pakistan variants are not yet confirmed.
For photography, the phone features a reported 50MP main rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera. Overall, the handset appears positioned around endurance, durability, and everyday usability rather than high-end gaming or photography.
vivo Y32 Expected Price and Release Date in Pakistan
vivo Pakistan has not officially announced local pricing or a launch date. However, a credible source has confirmed the price around Rs 99,000.
These figures are unofficial estimates, not confirmed retail prices. Final pricing will depend on the storage configuration offered locally and vivo’s distribution and pricing decisions.
Reports point to a possible launch during the final week of October 2026, but preliminary listings vary, so the actual timeline remains uncertain until vivo issues an announcement.
If the company introduces the Y32 in the expected price bracket, its large battery and reported resistance ratings could appeal to consumers seeking extended daily use. Buyers should wait for official Pakistan availability, variants, and prices before making a purchase decision.
