Following the arraignment, the court ordered the defendant’s remand in a correctional facility and adjourned the case until November 3, 2026, for further proceedings.
The defendant was alleged to have conspired with another person, who was not before the court, to stab the deceased with a knife, leading to his death.
The alleged incident reportedly stemmed from a dispute over the sharing of motorcycles donated by a politician to some individuals.
The suspects were said to have disagreed after claiming that the motorcycle was jointly given to them.
