Police have arrested a man after he admitted scrawling a series of surreal TV celebrity-inspired graffiti messages on walls.
Targets for the vandalism in the West Denton area of Newcastle included actors Danny Dyer and Ross Kemp, TV presenter Anneka Rice and Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall.
Northumbria Police said a 33-year-old man has admitted criminal damage.
The messages, daubed on the wall in neat handwriting on an underpass, included: 'Ross Kemp dabs Zoflora behind his ears' and 'Danny Dyer smokes Parma Violet Vapes'.
Another was aimed at British presenter Anneka Rice, reading: 'Anneka Rice builds forts with the cushions in B&M'.
Other Brit-based celebrities who were slandered included former X Factor contestant Stacey Solomon, of which the following message was written: 'Stacey Solomon gives Joe a sticker for helping with the dishes'.
One message was targeted at actor Danny Dyer

One bizarre message claimed that radio host and This Morning Star Dermot O'Leary 'makes a jigsaw with his sandwiches'
While one read that Rochelle Humes allows her husband to have the iPad if he eats his vegetables
Another, written about the girl band star Jade Thirlwall, read: 'Jade Thirlwall buys make-up from Poundland.'
The artist also wrote that presenter and singer Rochelle Humes 'lets Marvin have the iPad if he finishes his vegetables' and presenter and radio host Dermot O'Leary 'makes a jigsaw with his sandwiches'.
Other messages about famous names were more sexual.
Newcastle City Council has since cleaned off the graffiti.
A Northumbria Police spokesperson said: 'On Monday we arrested a man on suspicion of criminal damage in relation to graffiti in the West Denton area of Newcastle.
'In interview the man, aged 33, admitted carrying out the vandalism and he has now been referred for an out-of-court disposal.
'Anti-social behaviour of this nature is completely unacceptable and alongside our partners we will always look to take action when we are made aware of it.'
