“I always feel like there is somebody bigger, stronger, faster……there were times during the season where I shook my head and said, these guys like winning,” Pat Murphy added.
The Brewers carried their regular season momentum into October, navigating the MLB postseason to secure a spot in the World Series. The Brewers eliminated the San Diego Padres in the NLDS before sweeping the Los Angeles Dodgers in four games during the NLCS.

The Rays are the final obstacle between the Brewers and their first Fall Classic title. Tampa Bay also put together an impressive season, setting up an intriguing championship matchup. The two teams are scheduled to open the Fall Classic on Friday.
