Will Abhijeet Dipke And Rahul Gandhi Share The Stage On October 16? Opposition Unity Faces Test

A debate hosted by anchor Priti explores escalating political tensions following the de-notification of Jantar Mantar as a designated protest site in New Delhi and upcoming demonstrations called for 16th October. Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Dr. Ajay Alok faces off against student leaders and opposition representatives, including SFI All India Joint Secretary Aishi Ghosh, CJP West Zone coordinator Rohit Patel, and Congress spokesperson Rahul Singh. Dr. Alok defends government restrictions on prohibited protest venues, stating, 'In the name of protest, you are trying to spread the anarchy, and you are changing goalposts according to your political whims and fancy.' Meanwhile, Ghosh, Patel, and Singh argue that the right to peaceful protest and holding the national flag is being suppressed, citing police crackdowns and detentions. The discussion also touches upon legal petitions filed before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court by student and youth bodies challenging the de-notification.
