Authorities have extended the deadline for Umrah pilgrims departing from Peshawar to travel without vaccination from October 10 to October 25.
According to Ghulam Murtaza Shah, focal person for Border Health Services, pilgrims can travel without vaccination until 10 a.m. on October 25. After that, they will not be allowed to travel without vaccination.
Pilgrims can receive vaccinations at the Federal Government Medical Center on Shami Road in Peshawar.
Border Health Services has issued notices to airlines and travel agents about the extended deadline.
