Specifically, the October 15 Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing revealed that the CLO dumped the equity across two trades of vastly different scales, with the larger one executed at an average price of $929.64 and the smaller at $947.29.
Indeed, Michael Ray disclosed selling 6,288 Micron shares for a total of $5.84 million at the lower price, and another 40 at the higher for a total of $37,892.
Notably, the value of these latest insider trades is similar to the CLO’s previous 2026 MU stock dumps. On January 27, he sold 12,268 shares for $5 million, and on May 1, he dumped 7,601 for $4 million.
