PromiseLand Estate has proposed a 22-storey mixed-use luxury development, Tri Tower Abuja, in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), as the company targets opportunities in the capital’s residential and commercial property market.
According to Lawrence Emmanuel, Chief Executive Officer, PromiseLand Estate, Tri Tower Abuja is conceived as an integrated urban destination that will bring together luxury living, business activities and lifestyle services within a single high-rise complex.
PromiseLand Estate said the development would cater to different categories of occupants, from individuals and professionals seeking modern accommodation to investors interested in acquiring properties for personal use or potential rental income.
It noted that the project was designed to appeal to investors seeking to combine property ownership with income-generating opportunities through residential rentals, serviced apartments and short-let accommodation.
The proposed development comes amid continuing efforts by real estate developers to introduce high-rise residential and mixed-use properties into Abuja’s urban landscape, particularly in areas that accommodate commercial, administrative and business activities.
“The proposed tower will incorporate hospitality and leisure offerings, including sky restaurants and lounges, retail outlets, entertainment spaces, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and a wellness centre.
“The project will also feature recreational facilities, smart-building technology and premium security systems, which the developers say are intended to support a modern and comfortable living environment.
“The integration of these facilities is expected to provide occupants and visitors with access to residential, business and leisure services within the same development, reducing the need to travel to separate locations for different activities”, he stated.
