Peller speaks on ‘divorcing Jarvis’

Popular Nigerian TikToker, Peller, has dismissed calls for him to divorce his wife, Jarvis, insisting that he has no intention of ending their marriage despite their recent public disagreement.

The content creator made his position known during a live video, where he criticised those urging the couple to separate, accusing them of being more interested in generating online content than supporting their relationship.

Peller maintained that he remained committed to his marriage and would not allow public pressure or social media reactions to determine the future of his relationship with Jarvis.

“I will not divorce Jarvis,” he said.

The statement comes amid public attention surrounding the couple following their recent disagreement, which generated discussions across social media platforms.

Peller says every marriage faces challenges

Addressing the controversy, Peller argued that disagreements were part of married life and should not automatically lead to calls for separation.

He said he and Jarvis had their own differences but believed such matters could be resolved privately without allowing outsiders to dictate how they should manage their relationship.

According to the TikToker, people should recognise that every marriage comes with its own challenges rather than interpreting every disagreement as evidence that a relationship has failed.

He also expressed displeasure with individuals who had called for the couple to divorce, suggesting that some were exploiting their marital issues to attract attention and generate online engagement.

Peller urged Nigerians to refrain from interfering in his relationship, insisting that decisions concerning his marriage should remain between him and his wife.

Couple’s disagreement sparks social media reactions

The couple’s recent public spat has attracted reactions from social media users, with many weighing in on the state of their marriage and offering opinions on how they should handle their differences.

While some commenters have urged the pair to reconsider their relationship, others have advised them to resolve their disagreements away from the public eye.

Some social media users have also encouraged the couple to reduce the extent to which their private affairs play out online, arguing that constant public scrutiny could complicate efforts to settle personal disputes.

Peller’s latest remarks appear to push back against the calls for separation, as he insists that he and Jarvis should be allowed to work through their challenges without external pressure.

The TikToker has not indicated any intention to end the marriage, maintaining instead that their differences can be resolved privately.

His statement has added another chapter to the public discussion surrounding the couple, whose relationship continues to attract considerable attention online.

Peller’s appeal to critics is that they should allow him and Jarvis to manage their marriage on their own terms rather than turn their disagreements into a reason for divorce.
