The Atlanta Dream are currently gearing up for Game 2 of the WNBA Finals, which is slated to take place on Monday evening against the Golden State Valkyries. The Dream trail 0-1 in the series after dropping a close one in Game 1 of the series on Saturday afternoon on the road.
Now, the team has released its latest injury report ahead of the game, and it was a relatively clean one, as only Brionna Jones was listed as being out, as she was in Game 1, with a leg issue.
The Dream had not lost a game in these playoffs until Saturday afternoon, having swept both the Washington Mystics and New York Liberty en route to the WNBA Finals.

Meanwhile, the Valkyries have also had plenty of success in these playoffs, rapidly ascending into one of the league’s top teams despite just joining the WNBA last year.
Atlanta controlled things for most of the way on Saturday in Game 1, using their elite defensive versatility and perimeter shotmaking in order to stifle the Valkyries’ high-powered offense for large chunks of the game.
However, the Dream’s own offense fizzled out down the stretch, with the team growing very reliant on guard Jordin Canada to create everything in the fourth quarter, with mixed results.
While the loss certainly stung, the Dream will have a great chance to put it behind them and bounce back with Game 2 on Monday before the series shifts to Atlanta for Games 3 and 4.
Game 2 is set to tip off at 8:00 pm ET from San Francisco.
