Mercedes has highlighted its cross-brand MANUFAKTUR with a special livery for this weekend’s F1 US GP.
Going with the tradition of Haas and Cadillac, even Mercedes has unveiled a special livery for this weekend’s F1 US GP at the Circuit of the Americas. It is a promotion of its cross-brand MANUFAKTUR, which is already prominent in the American market.
Every Mercedes customer gets one option to use MANUFAKTUR, which allows buyers to customize their vehicles as per their choice with ‘exclusive materials, special paint finishes, and skilled hand craftsmanship’.
What is Mercedes Bringing to F1 US GP
As such, the Mercedes W17 gets a special livery to highlight and promote the brand MANUFAKTUR at the US GP this weekend. The car has a blue addition to its livery, which goes with their corporate grey and black.
Additionally, the race suits of George Russell and Andrea Kimi Antonelli have their own touch, with the Brit opting for a vintage blue theme and the Italian going for steel blue. Both will drive a Mercedes‑AMG GT 4‑Door Coupé, matching their race suits.
The Mercedes F1 garage will get a makeover too via MANUFAKTUR. The takeover is not just limited to the paddock, but there is citywide marketing activation at various locations like the South Congress, Amy’s, Tecovas, W Hotel, and SCHEELS.

F1 Title Win Beckons
Mercedes heads to the US GP weekend, with a chance to help Antonelli secure his first F1 drivers’ world championship. It will etch the Italian in the history books, as it will also help the German outfit win a drivers’ title for the first time since the 2020 season – when it was last won by Lewis Hamilton.
For the constructors’ championship, Mercedes will have to wait after reliability problems affected its scoring that helped the likes of Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull take away handy points. But in all likelihood, it should get it done in the next few races.
Toto Wolff Previews US GP

“Malaysia and Singapore were difficult weekends for us and we have worked hard to understand where we fell short,” said Toto Wolff in the US GP preview. “Austin gives us an opportunity to respond. We will run our latest update package on both cars as we continue to develop the car.
“The field is incredibly close, so we need to keep moving forward if we want to fight consistently at the front in the closing stages of the season. The United States Grand Prix begins another demanding triple-header. There is plenty at stake, but we won’t get ahead of ourselves. The priority is the weekend in front of us: execute well, maximize our performance and take each race as it comes.
“Austin will also be an important weekend for us off track, with a number of commercial activities taking place across the city. At the heart of that will be AMG and the MANUFAKTUR takeover, bringing to life the performance, craftsmanship and individuality of the wider Mercedes family throughout the weekend. We are looking forward to showcasing that and, ultimately, delivering where it matters most: on track.”
