After seven-straight playoff losses to the Los Angeles Dodgers, dating back to 2018, the Milwaukee Brewers have finally added one to the W column.
The 103-win Brewers go into today’s NLCS Game 2 with a 1-0 lead as the defending two-time World Series champ Dodgers will aim to even things up.
Game 1 was a low-scoring affair with solid pitching at the center of it. After taking a 2-1 lead in the fifth inning, the Brewers’ bullpen ensured that the Dodgers wouldn’t tie things up.
