Inter defender Yann Bisseck said conceding four goals in the Champions League was damaging after the Nerazzurri lost 3-4 at home to Club Brugge.
According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Bisseck spoke to Inter TV after the defeat and acknowledged that the result had fallen short of what Inter wanted. He also credited Club Brugge and said Inter needed to improve.

The German defender’s central concern was the number of goals Inter conceded: he considered four against them in a Champions League match unacceptable and deeply costly. His brief response made the defensive failure the focus of his post-match reaction.
Bisseck says Inter must respond after Brugge loss
FCInter1908 also reported Bisseck’s comments from the interview, describing his demeanour as visibly frustrated. Its account likewise says he accepted that Inter had to improve and agreed the team needed to respond in its next European match.
The defeat was Inter’s second consecutive loss in Europe, following their defeat to Real Madrid at the Bernabéu, according to TuttoMercatoWeb. Bisseck’s remarks therefore came after another setback, with the latest result leaving the team needing a response rather than offering any consolation.
The centre-back’s reaction also underlined the standard Inter expect to meet in the competition. The team had scored three at San Siro, but that was not enough to prevent Club Brugge from leaving with all three points after scoring four.

Inter’s defensive vulnerability had already been a focus in the build-up, as SempreInter reported in its coverage of Inter’s defensive trade-off. Bisseck’s post-match assessment gave that concern a direct voice from within the squad, without pointing to a specific individual as responsible.
Asked whether Inter had to make amends against Shakhtar, Bisseck agreed. That response set the immediate focus on the upcoming fixture, though the available reports did not specify its date or venue.
