(ANSA) - ROME, 14 OTT - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday thanked Italian Premier Giorgia Meloni for her support and unequivocal stance in condemning a diesel deal between United States President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin as risky and a legitimisation of Moscow. "I thank Giorgia Meloni for her support and for her clear, unequivocal, and principled stance. Thank you for understanding who the aggressor is and what it means to build a dignified and lasting peace. This is possible only through strength and joint efforts for our security," Zelenskyy stated in a post on X. (ANSA).
