First of 2 parts
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. will pick his second Supreme Court (SC) associate justice appointee in November.
This is for the position that will be vacated by Associate Justice Amy Lazaro Javier who is set to retire on November 16. This will be Marcos’ second appointee to the High Court after Associate Justice Raul Villanueva in 2025.
