DHSUD Secretary Aliling likewise called for a credible housing program built on the trust of developers and homebuyers, recognizing private developers offering discounts to help more Filipinos secure safe and affordable homes.
More Housing Choices, Financing Options, and Rewards
Qualified Pag-IBIG Fund members may apply for housing loans of up to P10 million, with promotional interest rates starting at 4.5% and subsidized rates of 3% for eligible borrowers under the Expanded 4PH Program, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
At Filinvest Land’s Booth A, dedicated representatives were assisting homebuyers with property selection, financing options, loan requirements, and reservations.
Qualified buyers who reserve properties during the expo may also receive rewards, including brand-new motorcycles, washing machines, P15,000 worth of home appliance gift certificates, and split-type air-conditioners, depending on their selected property’s value and applicable promotional terms.
