Where to find the nomad hideout
The "A Path Not Yours" in Arc Raiders is given to you by the Nomadic Envoy, which makes sense as to why it's all about finding a nomad trail and going back to the legendary Bilguun's hideout. This takes place entirely on Blue Gate and must be done in one round, although if you want to get your hands on the optional secret stash, you should bring a zipline or grappling hook.

'A Path Not Yours' quest steps in Arc Raiders
There are five steps to completing "A Path Not Yours" in Arc Raiders, although one of them is optional, and they all must be completed in one round:
- Find the start of the nomad trail under the Highway Collapse.
- Follow the trail markers to the nomad hideout.
- Find Bilguun's gift at the buried cache under the hideout.
- Loot the secret stash in Bilguun's hideout. (Optional)
- Deliver the broken compass to the Nomadic Envoy.
Where to find the start of the nomad trail under the Highway Collapse
On Blue Gate, head to the named Highway Collapse location in the southwest area of the map, directly west of Olive Grove. Directly north of the word "Collapse" on the map, and slightly out from under the cover of the highway itself, you'll find a small yellow cairn, which is a pile of stones. Interact with it to complete this objective, as it marks the start of the nomad trail.
Where to follow the trail markers to the nomad hideout
While you could look for multiple cairns and follow the trail naturally, you don't need to do this, as you simply have to turn up at the next location to complete this objective. So head west, following the pillars holding up the highway, until the objective completes near the part of the road that has been destroyed.
Where to find Bilguun's gift and the secret stash
As you may remember from the "Keeping An Eye Out" quest, you have already visited Bilguun's hideout. It's a small room in the underbelly of the highway in the southwest corner of the map, and the best method to get up there is by using a grappling hook from the top of the highway and lowering yourself down. Alternatively, you can use the zipline that is already set up at the top of the highway, and if you ride it from the ground, you can jump off just before it reaches the top and climb up.
However, you only need to do this if you want to tick off the optional objective, which is to find Bilguun's secret stash. Inside, you'll find a bag marked as the secret stash … but it's just a prank. Loot it and a fake deadline will let off some firecrackers.
To get to the actual objective, head back down from Bilguun's hideout and look at the bottom of the pillar. There'll be a prompt to dig up a cache. Do this, then pick up the broken compass, and if you have the space, put it in your safe pocket.
From here, head back to Speranza and talk to the Nomadic Envoy again. He'll reward you with 2,500 XP, a tillurion, two magnets, two batteries, and two power cables.
