Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham are all chasing new signings in time for the January transfer window. Arsenal are said to be exploring a shock swoop for Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi as an alternative to Julian Alvarez, with Viktor Gyokeres potentially on his way out. The Gunners have been linked with a whole host of new targets including Antonio Nusa, Xavi Espart, Can Uzun and Kim Min-jae, while Vinicius Jr was apparently keen on making the switch but Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is now sidelined by long-term injury.
Free-falling Manchester United are plotting a defensive overhaul as they renew their interest in Lewis Hall and also chase the likes of Adrien Truffert, Jarrad Branthwaite and Ruud Nijstad, with Michael Carrick now in serious danger of the sack following the Champions League humiliation by Como. Julian Nagelsmann, Antonio Conte, Fabian Hurzeler and Eddie Howe could all be in the running to replace him. Chelsea, meanwhile, are said to be keen on Yasin Ayari as they continue to fight Liverpool for Alex Scott.
Liverpool look to be leading the race for Gilberto Mora, with Tottenham battling Arsenal for Tresoldi as they also target Endrick. Follow the latest transfer news, rumours and gossip live below!

Arsenal eye shock swoop for Nicolo Tresoldi
Arsenal are pursuing a surprise January deal for Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi, reports claim.
The Italian-born German forward is in high demand after scoring plenty of goals already this season and shining in the Champions League.
Arsenal have been most strongly linked with Tresoldi, with The Sun claiming that they are eyeing a swoop for his services in January - likely as an alternative to Julian Alvarez, with Viktor Gyokeres’ future at the club now subject to significant doubt.
However, TEAMtalk also say that Club Brugge have no intention of losing their prized asset in January and would eventually demand a fee more than the Belgian record £33.5m that Arsenal paid them for Greek winger Christos Tzolis during the summer transfer window.
Arsenal are likely to face a huge fight for Tresoldi, who is also said to have interest from Manchester United, Tottenham and boyhood idols AC Milan, plus plenty of other clubs including Chelsea.

Why Pierce Charles is QPR's newest star... and what Man City have planned
Queens Park Rangers are well aware they have a serious player on their hands. For now, writes Dom Smith.
They say you should never fall in love with a loan player, but QPR fans are finding it hard to fight off their feelings about the most exciting goalkeeper in the Championship.
Pierce Charles is on a season-long loan from Manchester City and has been wowing spectators at Loftus Road. At 21, he has become Northern Ireland’s No1 and in the past month has saved penalties from Paris Saint-Germain star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and England winger Jarrod Bowen, his stocks only rising, his great many admirers only growing in number.
It has led plenty of fans of the west London club to fear the dreaded hand of City’s recruitment team yanking him back in January, either keeping him at the Etihad or loaning him back out, perhaps to a Championship rival seen as likelier challengers for Premier League promotion.

Arsenal star makes transfer admission as dream destination revealed
David Raya has revealed he "would love" to play for a La Liga club before he retires.
The Arsenal No1 has established himself as one of the best shot-stoppers in the world in recent seasons.
He is firmly in the running for the Yashin Trophy, having made the ten-goalkeeper shortlist for the award that will be handed out at next week's Ballon d'Or ceremony.
Raya has entered the final two years of his contract in north London, though he did receive a salary increase on that deal last year.

Arsenal plot January move for £42m striker Nicolo Tresoldi
Arsenal are reportedly considering a January move for Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi as Mikel Arteta looks to strengthen his attacking options.
According to Tuttosport, the Gunners are interested in the Germany Under-21 international, who has enjoyed an impressive start to the season. Tresoldi has scored nine goals in 12 appearances, including a hat-trick against Inter Milan in the Champions League.
The 21-year-old is reportedly valued at around £42m after Club Brugge rejected a £30m offer from Roma in August. Arsenal could face competition from AC Milan, while a potential reunion with former Brugge team-mate Christos Tzolis may appeal to the north London club.
Arsenal are assessing their options ahead of the January transfer window as they look to add further firepower to their forward line. However, no agreement has been reached, and it remains to be seen whether the Premier League champions will make a formal approach for Tresoldi.

Man Utd make fresh JJ Gabriel contract offer
Manchester United are facing an uphill battle to keep highly rated youngster JJ Gabriel, with the forward still expected to leave Old Trafford despite the club’s efforts to secure his future.
According to the Manchester Evening News, Gabriel’s future remains uncertain after he and his representatives requested the cancellation of his registration in September. The 16-year-old has attracted interest from several of Europe’s biggest clubs, with Real Madrid and Barcelona among the leading contenders.
United have since submitted a formal scholarship contract offer in an attempt to convince Gabriel to stay. However, his camp are understood to favour a move abroad, while disagreements over his pathway to first-team football have contributed to the breakdown in relations.
A move to a European club could also leave United with significantly less compensation than a transfer to another English side. Real Madrid are reportedly well placed to secure his signature, although Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain remain interested as the situation develops.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a dream signing for Arsenal
Former Arsenal player Gilles Grimandi believes Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is a dream signing for Mikel Arteta.
Grimandi told Goal.com: “This guy is special. He’s special because he’s always good in the big games and last season, every time when the competition was getting close to the end, he was getting better and better.
“He has fantastic commitment; he’s running, he’s defending, and when he gets the ball in the final third, he’s very efficient. For me, he’s a special guy.
“He looks like he’s choosing his games because so far this season he hasn’t played too many, but he just knows that he wants to be prepared for the spring time and that’s his target. He knows that big games will come.
“He can play for any team in Europe, of course he can play for Arsenal. For me, he’s one of the best players in his position.”
Grimandi added: “I don’t think they will do it. Now it’s complicated when the guy plays in Paris because they have a huge salary and they do not need any money so it’s quite complicated to pick up one of the best players and bring him to another team except if there is a problem.
“Barcola was not supposed to be in the starting line-up this season so they let the door open if he wants to leave.
“But Kvaratskhelia, they don’t let him go because they know that in the spring time he will be one of the more important players.”
