Chiefs' Travis Kelce returns vs. Chargers after ankle gets rolled on tackle

The Kansas City Chiefs can't afford anymore injuries.

Already down multiple receivers in Week 6, the Chiefs had to hold their breath when Travis Kelce fell to the grass. The tight end turned his right ankle on a tackle by Daiyan Henley.

Kelce was later spotted getting his ankle worked on and taped up on the sidelines.

Notably, the 37-year-old stayed in the game. It does bear watching as the game continues, however. The Chiefs are already playing without Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton, leaving Xavier Worthy as the team's top receiver.

If Kelce ends up being forced out of action, that would mean Noah Gray steps up into a bigger role as the next tight end on the depth chart.
