KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has once again been recognised at the The Edge Billion Ringgit Club & Corporate (BRC)Awards 2026, receiving the highest return on equity over three years — below RM3 billion market capitalisation under the property sector.
The award recognises Matrix Concepts’ strong return on equity performance over a three-year period.
Group managing director Kelvin Lee said that this award reflects the collective discipline, commitment and resilience of our people in delivering sustainable performance.
“As we move into our next chapter, we remain focused on strengthening our fundamentals, creating long-term value for our shareholders and delivering quality developments that enrich the communities we serve.”
Launched in 2010, The Edge Billion Ringgit Club & Corporate Awards recognises Malaysia’s largest and best-performing companies, as well as the leaders at their helm. Marking its 17th year in 2026, the awards bring together public-listed companies with a market capitalisation of at least RM1 billion.
Looking ahead, MVV City represents an important part of the group’s next phase of growth. Spanning 2,382 acres with an estimated GDV of RM15 billion, the integrated development brings together industrial, residential and commercial components, anchored by MVV TechValley.
In Johor, Bandar Seri Impian II is set to further strengthen Matrix Concepts’ established presence in Kluang, with its official launch targeted for the end of October 2026. Spanning approximately 309 acres, the English-inspired township will introduce 213 landed homes in its first phase, alongside community amenities including X Park, an upcoming hypermarket and the upgrading of the 13.5-acre Lake Park.
Meanwhile, Levia Residence, Puchong will broaden the group’s Klang Valley presence through a RM750 million high-rise development comprising 1,336 units, located approximately 250m from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT station.
