Triathlete Erica Hawley is preparing for the World Triathlon Cup Tongyeong in South Korea on Saturday [October 24].
Hawley will compete in the elite women’s race, which has 51 confirmed entrants.
She finished 17th in the elite women’s race at the World Triathlon Cup Beijing last weekend, completing the course in two hours, four minutes and one second.
“Absolutely diabolical conditions at Beijing WC,” Hawley said.
“I didn’t execute the race how I wanted to and let the weather get the better of me.
“At least it was beautiful every other day.
“Luckily made it to Tongyeong for another shot this weekend.”
