Epic Games has finally added the “Freaky” Nikki skin from Obsession to Fortnite, and just in time to catch the tail end of Fortnitemares 2026. Nikki’s official description sounds more like a warning, as it reads, “Be careful who you wish for…” The Nikki Fortnite skin has been created using Inde Navarrette’s likeness, which, in a way, makes her part of the game as well now. On that note, here’s how to get the Obsession Nikki skin in Fortnite.
The Obsession Nikki skin was added to the files with the Fortnite update 42.40 and released on October 21, 2026. It is currently listed in the Fortnite Item Shop and can be purchased using V-Bucks. Follow these steps to get the Nikki Fortnite skin:
- Open Fortnite and navigate to the Item Shop tab.
- Navigate the Item Shop sections and look for “Obsession”
- Click the Nikki Outfit (1,500 V-Bucks) or the Obsession Bundle (2,000 V-Bucks).
- Press and hold down the Purchase button to complete your transaction.
- Cosmetics related to Obsession can now be found in your Fortnite locker.
Once you purchase the Obsession Nikki Skin in Fortnite, depending on your preference, you can choose to toggle the “Splatter” effect on/off. When toggled on, a patch of dried blood appears on Nikki’s face. Very fitting choice of selectable styles for Fortnitemares 2026.
