BUSAN — Busan is running a Hanwoo gourmet tour for foreign tourists through Nov. 6 in partnership with the Korea Hanwoo Self-Help Fund Management Committee.
Tourists who try Hanwoo dishes at designated restaurants and post proof on social media will receive up to 30,000 won per person toward their meal.
Four restaurants are taking part, all selected for the "2026 Taste of Busan" list: Yukhwamok and Sogonggan in Haeundae District, Gwangalli Eonyang Bulgogi Busanjip in Suyeong District and Gombo Restaurant in Sasang District.
Signature dishes on offer include ribeye, steak and bulgogi. Diners can claim the benefit by showing restaurant staff the screen confirming their social media post.
Each restaurant can support up to 100 people. The city said it will review the results before deciding whether to expand the program.
