Wayfair’s fall Way Day sale is coming: Dates, discounts, and what’s on sale

I’ve covered Wayfair’s annual Way Day sale for a few years now, and every time I do, I’m surprised by how steep the deals are. Way Day is like Wayfair’s equivalent to Amazon Prime Day or Target Circle Deal Days (previously Target Circle Week), which means it has some of the best discounts of the year. This fall, the Way Day sale takes place Oct. 24 to 26 and will offer up to 80% off home storage, organization, furniture, appliances and much more.

While the sale doesn’t officially start until this Saturday, you can (and should) shop early, as there are already plenty of deals live on the site. Below, I rounded up some of the best early deals to grab before they’re gone.

Way Day is Wayfair’s multi-day sale event that happens twice a year: once in the spring and once in the fall. The sale includes the best deals of the year, which are expected to be as much as 80% off this fall. Way Day is comparable to other major sale events, like Amazon Prime Day and Target Circle Deal Days, but it doesn’t typically take place alongside those sales, which often happen at the same time.

The sale includes deals on small and large furniture, storage, mattresses, sofas, organization, home and kitchen appliances and more. Plus, it will have deals on in-house labels like Latitude Run, Wade Logan and Sand & Stable, as well as name brands like Bissell, Phillips, Serta and many more. Additionally, there will be substantial deals from Wayfair’s partner retailers Joss & Main and AllModern.

Wayfair’s fall Way Day sale is happening Saturday, Oct. 24 and runs until Monday, Oct. 26. Though the sale officially starts over the weekend, the retailer already kicked off early deals and flash deals on Monday, Oct. 19.

While Wayfair often has many sales throughout the year, Way Day includes some of the best deals, particularly on storage and organization items like shoe cabinets, storage bins, closet organizers and more. Additionally, the sale will include deals on highly-reviewed sofas and mattresses, so if you’re moving into a new place or want to refresh your furniture before the end of the year, this is a great opportunity to do it.

Lastly, since it’s October, now is a great time to shop any and everything related to the holidays, including gifts, holiday party essentials and more.

Below, I rounded up some of the best early deals from Wayfair’s Way Day sale, all of which have at least a four-star average rating from 100 reviews or more at Wayfair and are at least 20% off.

This comes with two collapsible fabric storage bins, each of which comes with a lid and has a 15-pound weight capacity. The boxes have handles on either side for easy maneuvering and they’re the perfect size for storing extra clothing, accessories, shoes and other personal items. Shoppers say they love how durable the bins are and that they’re confident they’ll last a long time.

This shoe storage cabinet holds up to 16 pairs of shoes, including heels and short boots. Plus, the cabinet doubles as a small entryway table that’s ideal for small apartments. There’s room on top to rest your keys and other small items you typically grab on your way out. Each of the two cabinet doors opens out so that you can see all the shoes in them at once, and the shelves are adjustable, so you can remove one of them to allow for shoes of different sizes, according to the brand.

This popular robot vacuum picks up dust, dirt and pet hair and also wet mops your floors. It has a self-emptying function, navigation technology that prevent it from running into furniture and other stationery objects and it has an extendable mop pad that cleans around corners. The vacuum is also controllable via an app, so you can schedule to clean at different times, even when you’re not home.

This storage cabinet is perfect for holding home essentials, especially in your bathroom or laundry room. The interior has two shelves of storage to house soap, disinfectant sprays and more, and four small drawers on the side are great for keeping toilet paper, detergent pods, hand towels and more. It’s available in a slightly larger size for homes that have the space and shoppers say that it’s easy to put together.

If you have a small bathroom, vertical storage is the way to go, and this over-the-toilet storage unit is perfect for holding essentials. It’s around 66 inches tall and fits over toilets that are just under 32 inches high. It has three shelves, two of which are covered by doors that let you tuck away the things you don’t want on display. This is a great storage unit for holding toilet paper and grooming products, plus decor like photos and small plants that add a nice touch to any bathroom.

The 84% discount on this flash deal will only last for several hours, so if you’re in the market for a new bed, you should jump on this quickly. It comes in several colors and, according to the brand, is easy to assemble. The standout is easily the adjustable headboard and built-in slat system, which means you can use a mattress of any height and skip the box spring.
