An aviation emergency has halted flights at one of Germany's biggest international airports.
Nuremberg Airport confirmed on Tuesday that flight operations have been suspended.
"Flight XR 456 from Corfu to Nuremberg has now landed safely," they wrote in a statement on their website.
In a statement on its website, the Albrecht Duerer Airport did not specify the reason and said more information would follow.
"We received a report of an unclear air emergency," police said on X.
In the meantime, investigations into the cause are now underway, they said.
Bild reported that a possible drone sighting had already disrupted air traffic at the airport overnight into Tuesday, with three pilots independently reporting an object they had seen during take-off or landing.
