Highlights! Daniel Dubois Steamrolls Fabio Wardley With Early TKO, Retains Title

Heavyweight finishers Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley went toe-to-toe in a main event rematch for the WBO heavyweight strap earlier today (Sat., Oct. 17, 2026) LIVE on DAZN from inside O2 Arena in London, England, and let’s just say it nearly ended before it started.

In case you forgot, these two giants already collided this past May in Manchester, England. It was a solid affair, but Dubois ended up earning a TKO in the 11th round to hand Wardley the first loss of his professional boxing career. Dubois walked away with the WBO heavyweight title and the second biggest victory of his career. Remember, Dubois holds a knockout win over Anthony Joshua from back in 2024.

Much like the first fight Dubois was able to find a home for his heralded power, but this time it happened much sooner. The WBO heavyweight king needed just two rounds to put the pressure on Wardley and land a massive right hand along the ropes. Wardley was stunned, which allowed Dubois to move in for a flurry of shots in the corner. Wardley’s team eventually saw enough and threw the towel in for the stoppage.
