Ukrainian Fighter Pilot Shoots Down Russian Geran-2 Drone
The Ukrainian Air Force has released footage showing a fighter pilot, using the call sign “Denfix,” intercepting and destroying a Russian Geran attack drone over Ukraine.
The pilot serves with a tactical aviation brigade under the Air Command West. The Air Force described the engagement as a precise strike that eliminated another Russian aerial target.
The interception came amid a large Russian overnight attack on October 18, when Ukraine reported that Russia launched an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 180 attack drones.
