The actress has taken on roles in other projects over the years including the series Supergirl and the 2005 film Sky High.
Lynda has previously opened up about her views on ageing during an interview with People back in 2024.
'People still recognize me all the time as Wonder Woman. I don't know that I've changed too dramatically,' she said.
The star explained that she has not had a facelift while also getting candid about the reason why.
'I don't cut my face, so I probably look just myself, but older,' Carter said. 'And the reason I've never had any facial surgery is just because I'm afraid. It's scary, because we've all seen some bad ones.'
The actress was crowned Miss World USA in 1972 and worked as a singer before she landed the biggest role of her career.
She was cast in the role of Diana Prince in the Wonder Woman series that aired from 1975 to 1979.

The show was very popular, originally airing on the ABC network, and then moving over to CBS.
'There is something about the goodness, kindness, and humanity of Wonder Woman. But her strength!' Carter reflected of the character for Harper's Bazaar Vietnam.
'That she cannot be victimised is one of the greatest strengths. She does not victimise others; she protects. Her superpowers are those that are not on the aggressive side - she is the protector.'
She added, 'And I think that, as women, we understand that strength - the juggling of 10,000 things at once that we do, and still have that fierce "mama bear" that comes through at times.'
Along with the Wonder Woman series, Lynda also later made a special cameo in the 2020 film, Wonder Woman 1984.
While previously talking to People, the star explained some of the hardships that she had been facing up until she was cast as Wonder Woman.
'Well, when I got the role of Wonder Woman, I had literally $25 in my checking account,' the mother-of-two stated.
'I had been on the road as a singer ever since high school, and I'd saved up money and I had run out of money.'
