If you’re not one of the roughly 230 million people who already own a copy of Grand Theft Auto V and you happen to have a PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium subscription, now is your last chance to play it on the service. As shared by users on Reddit, Sony has been blasting messages to PS5 owners letting them know that Once Upon A Time In Los Santos will be leaving the service on November 17, a mere two days ahead of GTA VI‘s November 19 release.
Cheekily, in addition to alerting people to the impending departure of GTA V, the warning includes an option to pre-order GTA VI because with how huge the game is and how long it’s taken Rockstar to develop it, it needs every little boost it can get on the quest for profitability.
Players have a little more than a month to finish the game that’s been keeping the Grand Theft Auto candles burning for Rockstar (alongside GTA Online) for the last 13 years. The game has gone through three console generations and is, by Wikipedia’s accounting, the second best-selling game of all time, making it worth checking out if you’re not one of the millions who’ve already done so.
